Caroline Williams (Oxford) – September 2018 Employee of the Month

Caroline Williams (Oxford) is the September 2018 Employee of the Month

Caroline was nominated one time:

Caroline consistently greets patrons in a friendly manner at the circ desk at Oxford. Her smiles and her manner make patrons want to return.

Congratulations Caroline! She will receive her choice of a $50 gift card or 4 extra hours of vacation.

Also nominated:

Sarah Gifford
Sarah consistently goes above and beyond for patrons and our coworkers. She always lends a helping hand, offers words of support and sees the bright side in every situation. It is a pleasure to work with Sarah.

Debbie Cook
Debbie is a pleasure to work with and she is willing and able to help with anything. We’ve been down a full-time staff member for a month, and Debbie has been a great help in completing some large teacher collections, helping prepare cards for school visits, filling in on school visits, and relieving staff who have to get their kids to doctor appointments or deal with other work issues. Debbie’s efforts are really appreciated.

Mike Busam
We’ve been short staffed a full time employee and Mike has worked hard to pick up a lot of the extra tasks!

Donna Rumpler
Donna manages a senior outreach program with efficiency and patience. The patrons are grateful for her efforts and miss her if someone else has to fill in for her. Almost all of Donna’s patrons are unable to visit any of our branches, so word of Donna’s efforts doesn’t always make it back to the office, but if you talk with the outreach patrons, they’ll tell you how important their book and video deliveries are to them.

Jen Bonnlander
Jen is a superstar! From shifting entire collections to balance out the shelves because she saw the need, to taking the time to straighten and clean up shelves each shift, she does it all…along with shelving anything and everything. You can always tell when Jen worked a shift because the shelves are immaculate. She is also super friendly with patrons and I have seen her guiding them to what they need while chatting with them and she does it all with a genuine smile on her face.

Sara Stapf
Sara is a hard worker who I can alwasys count for for a quick and positive outcome.

Molly Ehrnschwender
Molly is about the nicest person I’ve ever met and patrons and children seem drawn to her.
