The latest release of Encore, version 4.6 SP3, fixes that availability issue that has vexed us for months.
Items would display as NOT AVAILABLE on the browse screen when they were actually AVAILABLE somewhere.
If you catch examples of this bug after November 1, 2017, please report it. We should not see it after the upgrade this morning.
