Kudos to Brad Spurlock and other LPL staff for practicing excellent customer service. Recently a long-time patron, Raul Orozco, found out that his mother, who resided in Mexico, had passed away. This was during one of the periods when the LPL public printers were down. According to Mr. Orozco, Brad went out of his way to help get the necessary travel papers printed so that he could get to Mexico and take care of family business. Mr. Orozco praised Brad and LPL staff in general for helping to expedite the planning of a difficult journey. He referred to Brad in particular as a “lifesaver”.
