Penny Brown (Admin Center) is the February 2018 Employee of the Month. Penny was nominated by two coworkers, who wrote:
Penny has done a lot of work preparing for the migration. But her task of trying to get Search Ohio viable under SirsDynix is commending enough to nominate her for employee of the month. She deserves it.
Penny has been working so hard to get and keep all the Search Ohio stuff on track with our upcoming migration. She has been pro-active in finding out the necessary information. She has worked hard to make this stoppage of Search Ohio possible even though it impacts her job! She has consistently put the patron first! Great job Penny!

Sara Stapf
Sara Stapf is a complete Circulation rock star. She is constantly working on something, whether that be the A/V area, straightening displays, or processing McNaughtons. She is incredibly reliable, which I appreciate beyond words. I know that if I ask Sara to do something, it will not only get done, but in a timely manner, and well. Sara is also flexible, there have been several times when I have asked her to adjust her schedule or pick up shifts, and she is nearly always able and happy to do so. I have tapped Sara for several projects and tasks, knowing that I can count on her to do a thorough and wonderful job. Sara, NEVER LEAVE US!
Danielle White
Danielle is not only the best wellness champion, she’s also one of Lane’s best employees. She creates fantastic informational posters for each month’s wellness theme, and I still miss the amazing stress-free room she made us during the holidays. She’s also one of my top go-to people when I have circulation questions, and she hasn’t steered me wrong yet. She’s always eager and ready to help, and I’m so thankful that she’s part of the awesome FFB team!
Danielle does a fabulous job as our Wellness representative! I appreciate everything she does for us. She is always bright and cheerful and it’s great to work with her!
Tom Tierney
Tom always comes to work with a great attitude and consistently jumps right into some of our daily tasks. He does a lot to help keep things shelved and organized. It’s greatly appreciated!
