Revision to Employee Recognition Program

The Wellness Committee was asked to revise Lane’s Employee of the Month program.  The Wellness Committee presented a revision to Council in December 2018 and it was approved.

The Employee Recognition program will now be quarterly instead of monthly.  A winner will be chosen quarterly from each location: Fairfield, Hamilton, LAC/Tech Center, Oxford.

Requests for nominations will be posted on the staff website in February, May, August, and November.  Staff will submit their nominations via a Google Doc form.  Staff may nominate co-workers at other branches as well as their own.

Four drawings will be made to decide the winners.  Winners will be announced March 1, June 3, September 3, and December 2.  Winners at each location will win their choice of a $50 Amazon gift card or 4 hours of vacation.
